ATMOS Limited Warranty Policy
※ If a warranty service claim is made outside the original country of purchase, the customer shall be responsible for all related shipping costs and charges.
※ For warranty or repair requests, please contact the original retailer where the product was purchased or ATMOS Headquarters directly.
Limited Warranty
The main unit of the product is entitled to a one-year warranty service from the date of purchase. Purchasers must contact the original retailer where the product was purchased for warranty inquiries. At the time of sale, the warranty card must be stamped with the date of sale, and a sales receipt must be provided. Purchasers must present the original pruchase invoice or proof of purchase when requesting warranty service. In the absence of valid proof of purchase, the warranty period shall commence 10 days after the date the product was shipped by ATMOS to the authorized distributor.
Geographic Limitation: Warranty services are valid only within the original country of purchase.
Scope of Coverage: Excluding consumables and components with limited lifespan related to diving computer products (such as batteries, glass, watch straps, casings, etc.), malfunctions caused by quality defects under normal use during the warranty period are eligible for warranty service. The original purchaser, upon presenting proof of purchase, may receive repair or replacement services using identical or similar ATMOS original components. To implement warranty service, the user must deliver the product and the invoice/proof of purchase in person or via prepaid shipping to the authorized distributor or ATMOS Headquarters. Repairs within the valid warranty period will not incur additional charges for parts or labor.
Exclusions and Out-of-Warranty Charges
Repairs will be subject to charges if any of the following conditions or situations occur:
- Damage caused by improper operation or misuse.
- Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, abuse, fire, natural disasters, or improper storage.
- Faults resulting from repairs or adjustments performed by unauthorized service centers.
- Damage or wear and tear to the casing, strap, glass, etc.
- Failure to present valid proof of purchase at the time of repair.
- Consumables such as batteries and accessories.
- Damage caused by using non-original charging cables.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
This warranty policy, along with any other warranties or guarantees, does not express or imply any statutory rights, and no implied extended warranties or incidental conditions are made regarding the merchantability or suitability of this product for any specific purpose.
The coverage of this warranty is limited to the duration of the warranty period. ATMOS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, losses resulting from product inaccuracies or the loss of data.
Some countries or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. As a result, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
Repair and Replacement Provisions
ATMOS reserves the right and obligation to inspect, repair, or replace the hardware or software. ATMOS will perform free repairs according to standard operating procedures; the purchaser will continue to enjoy warranty service for the remainder of the original warranty period.
In the event of a shortage of repair parts or the discontinuation of relevant product components:
- Within the Warranty Period: ATMOS may offer a replacement of equivalent value based on depreciation, or an upgrade with any price difference agreed by the purchaser
- Outside the Warranty Period: If the relevant parts are no longer available for repair, maintenance services will not be provided.
Ownership of all replaced parts and components shall belong to ATMOS.
