Android – Fail to Pair / Can’t find the MISSION ONE / Can’t sync log / Re-pair

 

※ Most pairing issues can be fixed by restarting your mobile phone and re-pairing your MISSION ONE with ATMOS app.
※ Please follow the instructions:

1. ATMOS App Your Device ➔ click MISSION ONE’s image to enter Product Info ➔ click “ ” icon on the top-right corner ➔ Delete
※ If MISSION ONE is not in “Your Device”.  Go to step 2

2. Your phone Restart Bluetooth ➔ Go to Paired Devices ➔ Find “M1-XXXX” (XXXX = the serial number of your MISSION ONE) ➔ Click ⚙️icon ➔ Unpair
※ If the MISSION ONE is not in “Paired Devices” list.  Go to step 3

3. MISSION ONE SETTING ➔ CONNECT ➔ UNPAIR: YES

4. MISSION ONE SETTING ➔ CONNECT ➔ CONNECT APP: ANDROID ON

Press mid key to choose ON/OFF status.

Press mid key to choose ON/OFF status.

Press up or down key, and press the mid key to switch the connection ON.

5. ATMOS App (must log in or sign up) Your Device ➔ Start Pairing ➔ Select your MISSION ONE ➔ Enter the 6 digits pin code shows on MISSION ONE ➔ Paired
